İMMİB - SKDM kapsamının hangi ürünlere genişletilmesi önerilmiştir?

Demir-çelik, alüminyum, gübre, çimento, elektrik ve hidrojen sektörlerinde belirlenen ürünler SKDM kapsamına girmektedir. Başlangıçta karbon yoğun ve karbon kaçağı riski en yüksek düzeyde bulunan belirli ürün ve ara girdileri içeren SKDM kapsamının genişletilmesi öngörülmektedir.

Bu kapsamda 17 Aralık 2025 tarihinde Avrupa Komisyonu 1 Ocak 2028 itibarıyla SKDM'nin kapsamındaki ürünleri çelik ve alüminyum yoğun, kullanıcıya yönelik aşağı yönlü ürünleri (downstream) içerecek şekilde genişletilmesini önermiştir.

Ayrıca çimento, gübre ve hidrojen ile ilgili olan diğer SKDM sektörlerindeki aşağı yönlü (downstream) ürünleri olası bir genişleme ise, SKDM Tüzüğü'nün 30(2). maddesi uyarınca hazırlanan Komisyon inceleme raporunda ele alınmaktadır. Bu ürünlere yönelik bir genişletme, gelecekte yapılacak bir mevzuat revizyonunda değerlendirilecektir.

2025'in Aralık ayında yayınlanan ve (AB) 2023/956 sayılı Tüzüğü değiştiren Teklifin Ek-I'inde gtip değişiklik önerileri belirtilmiştir. Aşağıda bu ürünler ve ilgili sera gazları yer almaktadır.
